The Hardwood Circuit LLC may collect captain and player names, email addresses, phone numbers, team and roster details, waiver records, payment status, tournament participation, scores, statistics, communications, and basic website security and usage information.

Information is used to operate tournaments, process registrations, administer rosters and waivers, communicate schedules and changes, maintain results and history, prevent abuse, improve services, meet legal obligations, and send optional marketing when consent is provided.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, databases, email, payments, analytics, and event operations. They receive only information reasonably needed to perform their services.

Public information

Team names, schedules, scores, standings, brackets, player names, and competition statistics may be displayed publicly as part of tournament coverage. Sensitive contact, waiver, and payment information is not intended for public display.

Retention and security

Records are retained for operational, historical, dispute, accounting, and legal needs. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn using an unsubscribe method or by contacting us. Requests to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information may be submitted by email, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements.

Children

The service is intended for adult tournament participants and team representatives and is not directed to children under 13.
