REFUND POLICY

Effective August 13, 2026

Team withdrawals

• More than 14 calendar days before the tournament: full refund of the team entry fee.
• Eight to 14 calendar days before the tournament: 50% refund.
• Seven or fewer calendar days before the tournament: no refund.

Deadlines are measured from the tournament's scheduled start time in Lincoln, Nebraska. A request is effective when received in writing.

Unconfirmed teams

Joining an opening list or submitting team information does not reserve a place. A place is confirmed only after The Hardwood Circuit LLC records full payment and sends confirmation.

Event cancellation

If The Hardwood Circuit LLC cancels an event and does not offer a reasonable rescheduled date, paid team entry fees will be refunded. The organization is not responsible for travel, lodging, lost wages, or other indirect expenses.

Weather and facility interruptions

If circumstances outside reasonable control require a delay, venue change, shortened format, or rescheduling after substantial event operations have begun, The Hardwood Circuit LLC will determine any credit or refund based on the circumstances and costs already incurred.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when available. Bank processing times may vary.
